Returns and refunds

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To start a return, email mateejack29@gmail.com with your order number and the items you wish to return.

Please contact us before sending items back. We will provide return instructions and a return shipping label for an approved return. Do not send returns to our business address unless instructed.

We charge no return-label fee or restocking fee. Our products are fulfilled by partner suppliers, and we coordinate approved returns with the relevant supplier. Once your return has been processed and approved, we will refund your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and photos so we can help.
